** The Creative Request Workflow is located in Appendix E
Creative requests are assigned a number and a team member. Turnaround times will vary by project. A one-month lead-time is encouraged for web development and a two-week or less lead-time is encouraged for web maintenance. Our team commits to proactive communication regarding the status of a project; we want to set appropriate expectations and keep you informed.
Important notes:
- Printing outside of the church requires more time; plan accordingly.
- As part of turnaround time, revisions are anticipated. However, please understand that major revisions or delays in approval may impact the delivery or due date.
- A lack of planning in request time will not constitute a change in the priority level
- All external communications need to be approved by the Creative Team before being published, whether or not produced by the Creative Team.
