All requests must be submitted at least four-six weeks before the requested date of completion. If your project needs to be completed in less than two weeks, please submit the form and then email creativerequests@cityfirst.church with an explanation and project number (refer to confirmation email) to request an exception. Your request will be reviewed and you’ll be notified about the status of your request. These timeframes are built in to provide enough time for creation, edits, and finances to be approved according to procedures.

For Promo Campaigns, select the date of the event. Due dates for each promo item should be indicated in the document that is contains the edited content.
