Prioritization of work is critical for good stewardship of our limited resources. Different levels are defined to help with this process. Each event type will be treated differently by the Creative Team in determining whether to partner or coach/equip.

A Events

Criteria

Must meet at least one of the following:

  • All church event
  • 800+ participants
  • Ministry drivers

Examples: weekend services, church conferences, Life Groups, volunteerism, large events (Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show)

Creative/Communications Support

B Events

Criteria

Must meet at least one of the following:

  • Individual ministry key events
  • 500+ participants
  • On-ramps to spiritual growth
  • Examples: Starting Point, Water Baptisms, Original Nights, Student Ministries Summer Camp, Superhero Dash

Creative/Communications Support

Criteria

Must meet at least one of the following:

  • Individual ministry key event
  • 100+ participants

Examples: Route 56, Student Ministries Dodgeball tournament, the Senior Retreat
